A great looking watch however:The crown was not screwed tight as I discovered when I set date and time. I attempted to tighten it to no avail. Because of this I was concerned about the watertight integrity so returned it to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement watch also had the same issue.I was able to locate a customer service phone # but it was not in service. I then found an email address for customer service, [email protected] and sent 2 emails asking for assistance hoping the loose crown was normal. They haven't responded. Because of that I am returning this watch too and will not order any other Olevs products.Edit Sept. 2, 2022: I was contacted by the seller. Original issue was not being able to secure the crown by screwing it tight.Very nice looking, like it a lot. No battery, even better. If this watch slows down or doesn't keep time correctly, hand wind it and it will work.It’s a great looking watchWore this watch for the first time last Saturday, and an hour after setting the watch (its automatic so I had swung the watch many times to make sure it was wound) and saw that it had lost 40 min, so I again set the correct time. and a couple hours later the watch was almost an hour off from the correct time.I ask, what good is a watch that can't tell the correct time????I plan to seek a return and refund.Very nice watch. Thin and sleek. Looks great.Biggest piece of junk I have ever bought. Do t buy this. Doesn't keep the timeLike the look of the watch-perfect in between my everyday watch and formal dress watch.Got a replacement sent overnight I really like the looks of this watch.
