This is a gorgeous watch, I love it!! It is more feminine and delicate in size than the typical Michael Kors large faced watches and just what I wanted. It arrived in perfect, unused condition. The band was a little too large but I was able to take it to my local Michael Kors store and they happily took links out at no charge. I was also informed that since they are made by fossil you can take into any fossil location to have serviced as well at any time. Very pleased with my new watch!
