I have lots of fitness watches, but I got this one because it says it has NFC capability and that appealed to me. However, BLUF: I couldn't get that function to work properly. Might have been my lack of tech skills, but I'm pretty savvy about these watches and tried my best to get it to work. Having said that, it does a great job at monitoring health stats like steps, O2 sat, heart rate, and sleep tracking. I really like that it came with both a silicone band for daily use and for working out and also a metal mesh band for dressier occasions. The watch face has a faceted and crystal encrusting around the bezel which add a little character to it. It's a bit more feminine than many of the other watches, which look like the fitness watches that they are. This one pairs easily via bluetooth, and there are lots of options to change out the face, the activity, and the displays. You'll need to enter your own data (via the app on your phone) if you want to track your monthly cycles, but it does a good job of aggregating the data for you so you can track all your stats over time. This also can interact with your social media if you'd like; personally, I didn't link everything together because I didn't want data slippage into my Meta or IG or WhatsApp or whatever other accounts. However, I did link messaging so that I could get notifications.
