I needed a replacement phone and prefer the sustainability of buying second hand rather than expensive contracts and brand new phones. However I get very nervous about buying second hand as it can be a bit of a risk. I spent a long time looking at different websites and sellers on Amazon, and decided to try this seller based on the reviews. I’m very impressed with the quality of phone I received. It looks brand new, not a single scratch or dent, and nice and clean. It did arrive already ‘on’ and battery was at 1% which made me a bit nervous. However I’ve had it for a few weeks now and everything is working perfectly - charging well, working microphone, speakers etc. The battery capacity is 81% which falls under the Excellent Condition that I paid for. There’s also the safety of the 1 year warranty if anything does go wrong and would hope that the seller would be able to help me find a solution if a problem arose.
